Rashad managed to enter rallies both as driver and side-kick, finished a few and won a few, some would say he is a champion rally driver, not only 4x4 but also performance as speed is a 'rush' for him!!

Rashad began his career working for a well known prformance enhancing establishment here in Dubai, but luckily he refused to allow his dreams to die so Rashad managed to expand his knowledge base by practising what he was preaching to his clients and furthering his weird ability to improve on the products of years of research and development by major auto manufacturersby applying his experience and not allowing himself to be limited by the conventional, but at all times maintaining his high moral standards in respecting human life which he will never endanger.

Rashad joined Mebar as managing partner and this has finally afforded Rashad the freedom to expand on his childhood fantasies...by making them ours.

That is exactly what he has done, figuratively he has spread his wings.  Rashad and Mebar have become an entity through which he has touched more and more people in a direct manner, without losing the traits which he is respected for, foremost his integrity not to permit personal needsto supersede those of his clients/ friends, a perfect example being that Rashad has hoped to re-enter the Desert Challenge again as a competitor for the last 3 years and although in these last 3 years the winners or placed drivers have either benefitted from driver training or mods/ repairs to their vehicle by Mebar. 

Mebar will take a stock standard vehicle and transform the 'wish-list' into a reality by means of their large stock of suspension  and performance enhancement products, and the ability to understand that while the vehicle was introduced to the workshop as a stock/ modified item the moment the transformation commences this vehicle becomes and individual creation and is treated as thus, no longer are accessories, suspension ad enhancements considered as standard although they may originate from a production line upon installation onto the concerned vehicle they will require to be fine tuned to the specific vehicle and to the specific intended driver of that vehicle.  To Mebar is is not sufficient to change the appearance or performance of a vehicle witho ut understanding the requirements of each individual vehicle owner, this is why vehicle owners that have had Mebar works done to their vehicles are reluctant to relinquish their vehicle even for more advanced modifications as their vehicle once released from Mebar really becomes a personal item and no longer just a vehicle.
